How to Choose

Not sure which tier fits your business?

Start with headcount

Your employee count is the fastest signal. Under 50 employees generally fits Security Essentials, 25 to 150 fits Security Operations, and 50 to 500 fits Security Program Management.

Weigh what data you hold

Businesses handling protected health information, financial records, or client legal files under active compliance deadlines should plan one tier higher than headcount alone suggests.

Consider your current IT team

If you have no dedicated security staff, Security Operations or Security Program Management fills that gap with monitoring and leadership you do not have to hire in-house.

You can move up as you grow

Every engagement is month-to-month with no long-term lock-in, so it is common to start at Security Essentials and step up to Security Operations as headcount or obligations increase.
